Host / Hostess

Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Host/Hostess to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests. The Host/Hostess will greet guests, seat them, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors.

Job Responsibility:
- Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant or event
- Seat guests according to seating chart and provide menus
- Take reservations over the phone and manage seating arrangements
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the entrance and lobby area
- Communicate effectively with the serving staff to ensure smooth service

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Host/Hostess or similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong organizational skills
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor
