Housekeeping Attendant

Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of our facilities, providing excellent service to guests, and maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.

This position is based at The Cove Rotana Resort.

Job Responsibility:
1. Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms, public areas, and back of house areas.
2. Change linens, make beds, and replace amenities in guest rooms.
3. Stock and replenish room supplies as needed.
4. Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
5. Follow all safety and sanitation policies.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or similar role.
2. Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.
3. Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Good communication and customer service skills.
