Lobby Ambassador

Summary:
As a Lobby Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for all guests entering the premises. Your main goal is to assist visitors, provide information, and ensure the smooth flow of traffic in the lobby area.

The position is based at The Cove Rotana.

Job Responsibility:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the lobby
- Provide information about the organization, services, and facilities to visitors
- Assist guests with directions, inquiries, and any other assistance they may require
- Manage the flow of traffic in the lobby to maintain order and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with guests and handle any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Coordinate with security personnel to ensure a safe environment for both guests and employees

Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Knowledge of basic security procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
