Recreation - Kids Club Attendant

Job Summary:
As a Recreation - Kids Club Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for children at our hotel's Kids Club. You will coordinate and organize activities and programs to engage children of varying ages, promote a positive and interactive experience, and ensure their overall safety and well-being.

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and implement a wide range of fun and educational activities for children, including arts crafts, games, sports, and other hands-on activities.
- Engage and interact with children in a friendly and professional manner, making sure that they feel comfortable and welcome at all times.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for children by enforcing established rules and regulations.
- Instruct and guide children in participating in various activities, their enjoyment and growth.
- Provide assistance and support to parents and guardians as needed, answering any questions or concerns they may have.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area, including toys, equipment, and supplies.
- Evaluate and monitor the performance and behavior of children, addressing any issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff and departments to ensure a seamless and integrated experience for both children and their families.

Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with children in similar, such as childcare, teaching, or recreational programs, is preferred.
- Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and other hotel staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable responsible, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in any additional languages is a plus.
