Reservation Agent

Job Summary:
As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming reservations, providing information about hotel services, and ensuring guests have a seamless booking experience.

Job Responsibility:
- Receive and process reservations via phone, email, or online platforms
- Answer inquiries about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities
- Confirm reservations and send booking confirmations to guests
- Update reservation system with accurate information
- Assist guests with special requests or changes to their reservations
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out processes
- Handle cancellations and modifications to existing reservations

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with reservation systems and hotel booking platforms
- Knowledge of hotel services and amenities
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
