Reservations Agent

Job Summary:
The Reservations Agent will be responsible for assisting customers with booking reservations, providing information about services and facilities, and ensuring a smooth booking process.

Job Responsibility:
- Answering incoming calls and emails from customers to assist with making reservations
- Providing information about available services, pricing, and promotions
- Inputting reservation details accurately into the system
- Confirming reservations with customers and sending out confirmation emails
- Handling any changes or cancellations to existing reservations
- Resolving customer issues or complaints related to reservations
