Summary:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, pitching to potential clients, and closing sales to meet targets. You will represent the company to clients, build and maintain relationships, and provide excellent customer service.
Job Responsibility:
1. Generate leads and cold call potential clients to create new business opportunities.
2. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
3. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
4. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
5. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
6. Analyze the market's potential, track sales, and status reports.
7. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
8. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to build rapport.
5. Time management and planning skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
