Summary:
As a Sales Manager who is fluent in German, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals in the German-speaking market. You will also be in charge of developing and implementing sales strategies to expand the company's customer base and increase market share in Germany and other German-speaking regions.
The position is based at The Cove Rotana Resort!
Job Responsibility:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to drive sales performance and meet targets in the German-speaking market
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in Germany
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives
Candidate Requirements:
- Fluency in German is a must, with excellent communication skills in both German and English
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the German market
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Understanding of sales processes and techniques
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, MBA is a plus
