Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Specialty Outlet Manager to oversee the operations of a specific type of outlet within a company. The Specialty Outlet Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability of the specialty outlet
- Hire, train, and manage staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
- Maintain quality standards in product offerings and service delivery
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate with marketing teams to promote the outlet and attract more customers
- Prepare reports on sales performance, expenses, and other key metrics
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Specialty Outlet Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Good understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Knowledge of inventory management and budgeting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
