Job Description

We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Human Resources professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of service.



As a Talent Acquisition Manager - UAE you are responsible for managing the recruitment, retention, and development of UAE nationals within the UAE whilst promoting Rotana Hotels’ image as an employer of choice. The role will include key responsibilities such as:


Develop, design and implement the nationalization strategy for Rotana in coordination with the Corporate Vice President – Human Resources and Corporate Director of Talent Acquisition in line with nationalization targets

Assist in the recruitment and placement of UAE Nationals in line with the nationalization targets

Assist in the integration of national colleagues by providing appropriate support and guidance to both line managers and local nationals

Manage relationships with all government and external organizations (e.g., NAFIS)

Develop relationships with preferred agencies and organizations and proactively participate in Careers Fairs and other activities to raise the profile of the company

Identify and recommend improvements in processes and procedures for recruiting, remunerating, recognizing, and retaining nationals, including career planning and development of nationals across all properties

Meet quarterly with all ‘on board’ nationals and give feedback and recommendations to the Corporate HR team

Ensure that the components of Rotana’s Performance Management system are applied to national colleagues, where each colleague has a clear Personal Development Plan

Assist in maintaining and creating a positive atmosphere within properties that allows for open two-way communication, ensuring morale and productivity reach the highest possible levels

Prepare and submit the monthly Duroob report (turnover and retention percentages)

Skills

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should have a minimum of three years experience in a Human Resources / Learning & Development Leadership role with multi-property responsibility. You must possess a high level of computer literacy and excellent English communication skills. Additionally, the right candidate has an immaculate personal presentation, high flexibility to travel and a great aptitude on guiding Senior Managers. Previous Gulf experience is preferred and a track record of career progress and stability is essential.
