Team Leader - Front Desk

Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Team Leader to oversee our Front Desk operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of front desk staff to ensure efficient customer service and smooth daily operations.

The position is based at The Cove Rotana.

Job Responsibility:
1. Supervise and mentor front desk staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
5. Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints.
6. Monitor inventory and order supplies when necessary.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
8. Provide regular reports to management regarding front desk performance and customer feedback.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations calmly.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
6. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
