Team Leader - Guest Services

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader for Guest Services to oversee and manage a team of guest service representatives in providing exceptional customer service and support to our guests.

Job Responsibility:
- Supervise and lead a team of guest service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor team performance and create strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services, policies, and procedures

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Proven experience in guest service or customer service roles
- Leadership experience with a track record of team management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Proficiency in using customer service software and MS Office suite
