Waiter / Waitress

Job Summary:
Club Rotana Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests at the Club Rotana lounge. They will ensure customer satisfaction by taking orders, serving dishes, and attending to special requests in a professional and efficient manner.

Job Responsibility:
- Greet guests and assist them in choosing menu items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly while adhering to presentation standards
- Attend to special requests and dietary restrictions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Club Rotana lounge
- Upsell menu items and beverages when appropriate
- Handle guest feedback and complaints in a professional manner
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress or similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking
- Ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and terminology
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
