Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Job Responsibility:
- Greet and seat customers
- Present menus and take orders
- Serve food and beverages
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Prepare bills and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Basic math skills for processing payments

Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should ideally have a diploma / degree in hospitality or a vocational training in food & beverage with previous experiences as a Waiter / Waitress in a high volume restaurant. A good command of English and additional skills, like guest service and interpersonal are essentials.
