Waiter / Waitress

Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Waiters/Waitresses to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:
1. Greeting customers and escorting them to their tables.
2. Presenting menus and taking orders from customers.
3. Serving food and beverages to customers.
4. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer concerns.
5. Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
6. Processing customer payments.
7. Cleaning and setting tables for the next customers.
8. Upselling menu items and promoting specials to increase revenue.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role.
2. Excellent customer service skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Ability to work as part of a team.
6. Flexibility to work various shifts.
7. Knowledge of food and beverages.
8. High school diploma or equivalent.
