Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team at the Gastro pub. The successful candidate will take orders and serve food and beverages to patrons while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:
- Greet customers and present menus
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Deliver orders to tables promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints
- Process payments and issue receipts

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress
- Customer-oriented approach and patience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Neat and presentable appearance
- High school diploma; food safety training is a plus
