Waiter / Waitress - Russian Speaker

Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Waiter/Waitress who is fluent in Russian to join our team at the Sundeck Poolbar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Job Responsibility:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Take customer orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Handle payments and operate the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Up-sell menu items and promotions to increase sales

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a hospitality setting
- Fluent in Russian and proficient in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented approach
- Certification in food handling and safety is preferred
